Harrison reached out to me at a time when i was tentatively considering a PT but was unsure. He immediately put me at ease and we’ve since built a great rapport. He is professional and experienced and unlike many PTs has the knowledge to adapt for different clients. Almost a year later, I’ve seen amazing results as have the people around me. We’ve gone down the slow and steady route, but now it seems that my new body composition is here to stay! Harrison has encouraged me, and coached me to lift heavier and train harder than i thought i could ever push myself. He’s patient, and listens to my feedback about what does and doesn’t work for me, and what i do/don’t enjoy. I feel that with Harrison we’re working as a team, and he takes as much pride in my results as I do!
Harrison works hard to make sure you meet your goals. He keeps you motivated with ongoing support, training programs and nutrition. He is flexible with scheduling, always offers variety in training and new meal plans to keep things interesting. His clothing line is also super comfortable, looks good and is great value. I would recommend training with him to anyone who is serious about building knowledge and technique to become and most importantly stay fit and healthy!
Harrison is a very motivating trainer who’s pushing me hard and is helping me on my fitness and health-improvement journey! Nutritional advice, correcting my eating habits, instilling discipline into my routine, pushing me to crank out the last few reps has all greatly helped me improve my overall health, and the journey isn’t over! One of Harrison’s best aspects is his adaptability; I wasnt able to do basic pull ups consistently but with bands and aids, he’s gradually improved me to the point I can do sets of pullups no problem. His adaptability is also great for targeting my weak muscles - I have one weak shoulder which we’ve been working on strengthening. Harrison is a fantastic trainer who I would recommend to anyone! We train hard, and banter hard in between :)
